A contemporary residence composed of clean, stacked volumes — stone-grey concrete, warm timber cladding and full-height glazing — opening onto a cantilevered first-floor terrace.
The elevation needed to read as calm and modern from the street, give the upper floor a sheltered outdoor terrace, and keep the ground floor private with a clear entry sequence.
The massing is organised as two interlocking blocks: a solid stone-grey base that anchors the entry, and a lighter timber-clad upper volume that cantilevers to form a covered terrace behind a frameless glass balustrade. Deep openings and a restrained palette keep the facade composed.
A refined villa exterior where proportion, material contrast and a drought-tolerant front garden give the home a warm, grounded and unmistakably contemporary presence.
